Data processors

QuickBooks

This data processor does the following activities for us: Processes invoices, issue refunds, holds client and transaction data for billing and accountancy purposes. This information is supplied to our third party accountant for tax and payroll purposes of Stiwdio Mizzi-Harris.

Mailchimp

This data processor does the following activities for us: Processes name and email addresses of people who have opted into our mailing list. The processor sends emails at the request of Stiwdio Mizzi-Harris, written by Stiwdio Mizzi-Harris. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

Google Gemini

This data processor does the following activities for us: with users permission, records google meet video calls, transcribes calls, and helps with Stiwdio Mizzi-Harris documentation and note taking (internal purposes only).

Umami

This data processor does the following activities for us: Umami is an open-source, privacy-focused web analytics tool that serves as an alternative to Google Analytics. It provides essential insights into our website traffic, user behaviour, and performance, all while prioritizing data privacy. Unlike many traditional analytics platforms, Umami does not collect or store personal data, avoiding the need for cookies, and is GDPR and PECR compliant.

  • Suppliers, freelancers and service providers - engaged by Stiwdio Mizzi-Harris to complete work on an agreed project
